Full Day Camel Safari

We will pick you from and drop you off at your preferred destination within Jaisalmer city or the Sam Sand Dunes. However, if you are residing inside the fort, you might have to come till the Fort Gate. Pick-up time will be around 4:30 am and the drop-off time will be around 8:00 pm.

You will enjoy a 45-minute camel ride in the morning after sunrise. This will be followed by another 45-minute camel ride in the afternoon. The camel will take you through the varied topography of the Thar Desert.

You will be served a freshly prepared breakfast of porridge, bananas, bread, jam / boiled eggs and tea. In the afternoon, you will be served khichri (dal and rice) along with lassi (spiced buttermilk). You will get snacks (freshly preapred chips & pakoras) along with tea in the evening before sunset. After sunset, a vegetarian dinner will be prepared on woodfire comprising of roti, rice, dal and sabzi. You will get upto 4 x 1 litre bottles of packaged drinking water to quench your thirst throughout the day.

Apart from the immersive camel ride, you will be witnessing the enchanting sunset on the dunes. You will also get an opportunity to learn more about the history of Jaisalmer as you will be visiting Kuldhara, a cursed & haunted village in Jaisalmer. To give you a deeper insight about the desert life, you will be visiting a natural oasis, that serves as a water source for the wildlife as well as for the local communities residing in the villages nearby.

If you choose to come by yourself, we recommend you to leave from jaisalmer by 4:30 am and reach the Kanoi village by 5:00 am.
